At the Tapas Bar, you will have the chance to taste some typical Argentinian tastes, while the cooking lessons will teach you how to cook some of the dishes at home.

The Finca Adalgisa Malbec wine is produced in the hotel’s winery and is exclusively served to the hotel guests at the Wine Bar.

All the rooms & suites have a romantic ambiance, and they been comfortably designed and furnished, so that you can completely relax and enjoy all modern amenities in a traditional setting

Nearly half of the hotel’s premises is covered by grapevines & olive trees, ensuring privacy and tranquillity.

The hotel is built within a fully operational vineyard and winery in Mendoza, introducing a fascinating experience for all its guests.

In addition to wine, Finca Adalgisa is producing more products which you can also enjoy during your stay, such as jam, olives, and olive oil.

The 5 hectares of Malbec vines, planted in 1916, produce nearly 5000 bottles of Finca Adalgisa Malbec every year. The wine is offered exclusively to the hotel’s guests, at the Wine Bar.
