The Kumbuh Restaurant is located on the hotel's 2nd floor, offering marvelous views over the sunset. There, you can try delicious Balinese specialties and some Western dishes. It's a relatively small restaurant, with only 24-seats capacity, and it's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It opens form 07.00 to 23.00!
The Rooftop Yoga Pavilion is located on the upper floor of the hotel, and it is the perfect place to enjoy a Free Morning Yoga session by the hotel's experienced Balinese Yoga Instructor. Other Balinese activities that you can try include Balinese Dance Lessons, and Coconut Leave Craft and Offering!
The Swimming Pool of the Sankara Resort is located in front of the restaurant and the lobby area, featuring beautiful views over the garden and nature. It has become a reference point for the hotel's visitors, either for reading, swimming, or sunbathing!
The Two Bedroom Pool Villa is the hotel's most luxurious and spacious room, spreading through an area of 225m2. Its private infinity edge pool excels in design while you are going to love the wooden sun deck. A dining pavilion with kitchenette is also included, as well as a King size bed with mosquito net!
For gay travelers, we recommend the One Bedroom Pool Villa, which spreads over 150 m2. This serene villa offers total privacy and seclusion that every gay couple will adore. Of course, the private villa and the spacious bathroom with semi-open bathtub will further upgrade your experience!
There are so many activities to do nearby, that a week will not be enough to do all of them. The hotel recommends you to visit the Art Museum, the Safari Marine Park, the Bali Bird Park, the Ubud Monkey Forest, the Ubud Palace and Ubud Art Market, and the Tegalalang Rice Terrace.

The resort is located in the countryside, and away from the vivid gay scene of Bali, which is concentrated in and around Seminyak. Seminyak is located about 1 hour away from the hotel by car. So, if you want to explore the local gay scene, you need a car!

Shuttle Service is available to and from Ubud Downtown throughout the day, starting from 09.00 (from the Resort) in the morning to 22.30 (from Ubud Town). There is not a shuttle at 12.00 & 17.00 which are break times!
