• No charge for bookings cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival or seven days for theme suites
• A non-refundable deposit, equivalent to one night room charge and taxes will be charged to the credit card provided when booking our theme suites
• Resort credit not applicable on room rate, spa and boutique retail products, hotel limousine and special festive or event menu
• Resort credit not applicable on prevailing tax and service charge for all miscellaneous bill including room
