The recipe is really simple and effective. It does not require much time or skill, and guests will be delighted with the taste and the aroma. For this dish you'll need:

Scrub fingerling potatoes with water; then, quarter each potato lengthwise. Toss them on a large baking sheet and add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Roast the potatoes until they get that lovely golden brown colour - which is about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, you can prepare the steaks.
Spice the steaks with half a teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Heat a roasting pan over medium-high heat for a minute, and add 1 tablespoon oil. Add the steaks and roast it until the desired doneness. Afterwards, transfer it to a cutting board and wait at least 5 minutes before you slice them.
