At the beach, many individuals relax and sunbathe under the open sun whilst listening to the faint breeze. However, if you're feeling sporty, may locals enjoy playing Frescobol, a racquet sport, so you can join in. The beach also has a viewpoint for watching the sunset, with a observation point in a gazebo. Furthermore, there are vendors all around the beach area selling food, refreshments, and beach umbrellas, etc. If you want to swim, the beach area is beautiful but you must be careful with the waves!

If you come in the day, breakfast is great at the bakery Cafeina, specifically their pastries and juices. Around dinner, Via Farme is very popular, as it's delicious at an affordable price. Throughout the day, the gay crowd loves to congregate at Bar Bofetada for beers and snacks. At night, a ton of gays attend Casa de Lua or other nightclubs in the area. Aside from food and parties, the area is filled with sophisticated galleries, jewelry stores, bookstores, and movie theaters. Hippie fair is also held every Sunday where you can buy random thing like wooden dolls and parrots.
